Fleek is a trusted marketplace that empowers retailers and resellers to access inventory from vintage wholesalers from around the world. Buyers are able to search and discover second-hand and vintage products from 10 different countries and buy securely with access to full buyer protection. The Fleek Team verifies every supplier who is approved to sell on the platform. 

So how does it work?

Store owners can buy in three main ways:

  • Directly from bundles on the platform that wholesalers post daily
  • By getting on video calls with the wholesalers.
  • By messaging the Fleek team at hello@joinfleek.com for those hard to find items!

What is live video shopping?

This is a free private buying experience that you can get with wholesalers from around the world! You get on a 1:1 video call with a wholesaler, who will then show you categories that you’re interested in. You can choose each individual item you would like in your bundle and have a “thrifting from home” experience! There’s no minimum in most cases.

Sounds exciting? It really is! 

You can book your own live video shopping experience in two ways:

  1. Let the fleek team help you - contact us here with what you're looking for and your budget. We’ll review your needs and match you with the most relevant wholesalers!
  2. Or go directly to the app and book from their own profile pages! 

Note: Video handpick calls take place via the app. Not all suppliers offer video handpicks, and even if a supplier does offer it, not all products are available for handpicks. The best way to find out if a handpick is possible is to simply ask the supplier using the ‘Chat with seller’ function in the app.

Shipping

Fleek strives to have your items delivered as quickly as possible. As a general rule, you can expect shipments to take 10 - 14 working days, however shipping timelines will vary depending on the location of the buyer and seller. Find out more about shipping times for common delivery routes here.

Tracking

At any point you can view your order status on our parcel tracker here. A tracking number will be provided by the supplier - when you receive this will depend on the seller and their chosen delivery method. Find out more.

Customs & Taxes

Fleek is compliant with various country tax laws. If you are buying from a local supplier you may have to pay taxes based on your business entity. If you are ordering internationally you’ll have to pay customs. Please read the various FAQs about this topic.
